We only list homes a first home buyer can realistically buy, borrow on and insure.
- It's expected to sell for under $1 million.
- The seller will consider offers conditional on finance and inspections.
- It's sold by price or negotiation, not auction or set date of sale.
- The title has no known issues, such as caveats, that block lending.
- Standard house insurance can be arranged on it.
- Work on the home is consented, with a Code Compliance Certificate.
- A building report is available, or the seller is happy for you to get one.
- A LIM is available, or the seller is happy for one to be ordered.
